All orders are processed within 1-3 business days( excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

D'Luxe Treasure offers the following shipping options: 

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days- calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days- calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

We currently ship within the United States only.

we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5-7 days at dluxetreasure@gmail.com so that we can help resolve the issue.  

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect provided addresses.
